At Aromatique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to start your return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original decorative packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
